Treadmill Goals/Tracking
- Get on the treadmill (or equivalent exercise) daily
- Pace is fine at 30 min/mile, although I may up it on occasion
- Time range between 30 minutes and 1 hour per day
- Distance 1-2 miles per day
- Read the chosen book, which I won’t allow myself to read outside of my treadmill time, hopefully motivating me to reach or exceed the above goals (exception…at the end of the week where a book is highlighted, I will finish it off-treadmill so I can feature something new the next week)

Dustin stood leaning against the wooden column on the front stoop, a grin spreading across his face. His dark blond hair was parted to the side in a perfect sweep, and matching stubble covered his jawline. His blue-green eyes flashed as he took in Rafael’s state of undress.
“So what? Is this dinner and a show?” His normally husky voice sounded deeper.
✿✿ TUESDAY ✿✿
Dustin raked his hands through his hair. “Fuck, Raf.”
His friend pulled himself into a sitting position and leaned against the navy blue padded headboard. “First of all, clam down. Nothing happened. Secondly, it’s no bid deal that we…cuddled.” He gestured between them.
Dustin chuckled. “Cuddled?”
“What the fuck ever…you know what I mean,” Raf growled. “It’s no big deal. We were asleep.
✿✿ WEDNESDAY ✿✿
“What?” Dustin scrunched his brow, nerves jangling.
“I didn’t know you had a date.” Raf’s voice sounded weirdly flat.

Neither said much on the ride to Dustin’s, and he preferred the quiet. He wasn’t ready to confront the elephant in the room just yet, wanting to focus on the plane today.

“But?”
“But nothing. It’s platonic.”
Conner smiled. “Fine, don’t tell me. But it sounds like someone has the hots for someone.”

“Hi.” An unaccustomed shyness came over Dustin and his cheeks heated.
