All the other rogue 99¢ deals I've told you about that randomly popped up have been fixed now, but Google Play Books is the last holdout keeping The Plans Trilogy Box Set at 99¢.

That deal was supposed to end way back in February. Next thing on my to-do list is to report this holdout to JM at JMS Books, so I doubt it'll last much longer.
