#Treadmill & What I #AmReading ~ London in the Rain by Ellie Thomas
There’s a soft spot in my heart for gentle historical romance, and this lovely story caressed that spot perfectly.

A guy with a crippling case of self-doubt meets a nice guy who seems made to nurture. ❤️ Grips at your heartstrings and leaves you with hope for their future.
I love me some hurt/comfort! And a happy sigh for “easy charm and a quick smile” paired with “a down to earth attitude.” Combine that with a little mutual unrequited attraction meets forced proximity, and we’ve got a winner!!!!
I love a unique take on vampires, and Sundowners by R.L. Merrill delivers just that!
❤️🩹 Second chance + sweet + emotional = *happy sigh* ❤️🩹
📜 I adore Eric Alan Westfall’s highly entertaining style of writing and his sense of humor, which runs throughout his stories. The Cooking Mage & The Parchment Prankster is an epic fantasy full of magick and intrigue. 📜
Another lovely book by JL Merrow!
🌲 A lovely novelette by Ofelia Gränd 🌲
Third in the Shamwell Tales, a series of four standalone books set in the same village.
❤️ It took me way too long to get around to reading books 3-5 in this fabulous series! ❤️
👽 The first book in Lyn Gala’s exciting new alien series, Gods of Misfortune. 🏴☠️
This was every bit as much fun to read as was Boyfriend Material.
🏳️⚧️ When Viola Carroll was presumed dead at Waterloo she took the opportunity to live, at last, as herself. 🏳️⚧️
A funny, sexy, opposites-attract romance between two college students — one an anxious, autistic virgin who has never been away from home before, and the other an easy-going hockey player with some well-concealed self-doubts. As long as you don’t call it a relationship, you don’t have to talk about your feelings, right?
📚 In anticipation of the release of Book 2 in the London Calling Series, this week I reread Boyfriend Material by Alexis Hall. 📚
📚 This week I read a novelette that made me laugh throughout (The Dragon Next Door by Holly Day) and a super short story that made me go “Awwww!” (A Penny for Your Thoughts by K.L. Noone). And bonus, both are included in summer sales throughout July! 🎉
📚 Both of these lovely books are on sale this month! 📚
📚 Looking for a couple novelette/novella range feel-good stories that’ll leave a sloppy grin on your face? 😍
Summoned by J.P. Jackson was a Runner-Up in the 2020-21 Rainbow Awards for Best Gay Paranormal Romance!
