Treadmill Challenge Day 16

Treadmill Goals (for now):

  • Get on the treadmill (or equivalent exercise) daily
  • Pace is fine at 30 min/mile, although I may up it on occasion
  • Time range between 30 minutes and 1 hour per day
  • Distance 1-2 miles per day
  • Read the chosen book, which I won’t allow myself to read outside of my treadmill time, hopefully motivating me to reach or exceed the above goals

Current book: Whyborne and Griffin Book 2 – Threshold – by Jordan L. Hawk

No progress on the reading because I mowed the lawn in lieu of using the treadmill. Had to get in a final mow of the season to mulch in the last of the leaves. It ran so long because I kept going after it was done until I was out of gas so I could store it safely for the winter. Also I included the time spent with the leaf blower clearing off the driveway and patio. I figure it’s exercise and should count as something. 👍
