Holeshot Series Novella
Christmas isn’t all race tracks and dirt bikes for Davey and Tyler, especially when they don’t see things about each other in quite the same way.
A short Holeshot novella
This story officially takes place after the events of Holeshot 2; however, it can be read as a stand alone novella.
Apex Racing is expanding and absorbing Pilot and his lovers. Everyone is happy with it…except Johnny. He’s feeling constantly left out and more alone than ever before. It’s time to seek out his own win, and find his holeshot even if its off the track and away from Pilot.
Gavin is determined to put together the hottest Supercross team, and he wants that to include Bryce Nickels, but that seems almost impossible since he signed with Apex. Perhaps, he needs a new angle, like the sexy business partner of the bodyguard, Johnny Killebrew. Maybe he’ll sign on more than he bargained for.
Everyone is chasing their own dreams, but Johnny isn’t sure he even has one.

Holeshot – A Day in the Life with the Apex Racing Crew
Mickey was thrilled to be moved to Rico Dominichi’s head mechanic. He had a few guys working under him to make sure everything went smoothly, but ultimately, Rico’s bike was his baby.
Tyler had moved to the crew chief position. He was doing a lot more with the data collected from the bike, getting information on engine function, suspension, acceleration, and all the electronic components, and using all of that to find a way to make the bikes better. Mickey appreciated that, but he loved having his hands on the actual bike more than looking at a laptop.
Working with Rico brought it’s own challenges. The guy was cocky, as were most Supercross racers, but he was also an enigma. He came off like a hound-dog, flirting with everyone, but when he’d found Dillon that was over. Mickey could understand that too. He’d found someone he wanted to be with, but she was a racer on the team, Bolster. He’d been her mechanic, but since his feelings had changed, it was better to move up to Rico’s team.
Mickey had spent most of his morning working with the Apex team’s engine specialist on Rico’s bike. There’d been a glitch that needed to be worked out. Rico had tested several variations during the week on Davey’s track in New Mexico, but they were out of time for making adjustments.
Rico’s heat race was coming up, and we wanted him to get a transfer spot. We wanted him to show the other top racers that we meant business.
