I’m on Jeff & Will’s Big Gay Fiction Podcast #GayRomLit

14656325_1185125531558279_4376617106174399704_nClick here if you want to watch me rambling aimlessly on Jeff and Will’s Big Gay Fiction podcast. It should be live now (12 a.m. PDT).

I got to be their guest as part of the GRL blog tour. Hopefully it’s not as unfocused as I remember. Somehow I’d thought the taping was going to be the following week, so I only had the last day after getting a reminder email to prep for it. Honestly, that was probably for the best—less time to stress out about it as the time got closer.

Then on taping day, I ended up with precious little time to go over what I wanted to say because my 2-year-old granddaughter, who I babysit, was having a bit of a puke-fest, so of course I spent the day holding the poor little sweetie. I thought for sure I was going to have to reschedule the taping, but I ended up with an hour or so to get my act together. I don’t even remember what I said. Fingers crossed it wasn’t anything too stupid.

Also, I next to never bother with makeup anymore, and have been debating with myself whether or not to go natural or apply the damned stuff at the upcoming convention, but I did end up putting some on for the podcast. Jeff had me in tears cracking up before the official recording, and I noticed some mascara dots under my eyes after it was over (that and either an eyelash or a bit of makeup brush fiber on my cheek). So be sure to look for that goofiness to take your mind off whatever idiotic things I said.

    1. You don’t have to worry, you were totally coherent! 🙂

I LOVED seeing you like that. Made you feel more real, not just someone on the other end of the internet. Also made me realize that even though smiley-faces on the internet works well to convey emotions and get a feeling for someone’s personality, nothing beats a real smiling face.

      You were awesome ❤️💕
